I’m Ine,
Passionate about making things happen. I collaborate in designing strategies that transform utopias into real projects, and those projects into actions and minimum viable steps. I love to mobilize people towards a goal and a purpose.

I enjoy connecting abilities with needs, coming up with scenarios and options, combining methodologies, and organizing teams to reach their goals. Throughout the 20 years of my career, I have been part of teams in small businesses and corporations, both locally and globally, working in industries as diverse as metallurgy, health, food, retail, and finance. I have advised many teams, enabling both them and me to achieve our purposes.

I am convinced that the best way to impact is by working collaboratively and iteratively, connecting with a purpose, and always focusing on delivering early value to each one of our client’s needs.

I will walk you through the creation of the best scenarios so you and your team can shine, give the best of themselves, and live experiences of healthy, fun, and focused work. Make an impact while enjoying the process!

My B side? I’ve been a contemporanean and jazz dance teacher since I was 14. I love to dance! And I’m thrilled to share this passion with my daughter, which fills me with joy.
